Return and Refund Policy
Because Panel & Groove sells individually photographed, condition-sensitive collectibles, ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, changes of mind, or condition details that are clearly disclosed in the listing photographs and description.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Materially Misdescribed Items
Please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The item materially differs greatly from its listing description.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, shipping box, packing materials and visible damage if applicable. Please retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Approved Returns
Do not return an item without contacting us and receiving return instructions.
When a return is approved, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original components and packaging. Certification labels, serial numbers, seals, sleeves, inserts and any other included identifying materials must remain intact or the return will be refused.
When the return results from an incorrect shipment, transit damage or a material error, Panel & Groove Collectibles will provide return instructions and cover the authorized return-shipping cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return results from an incorrect item, transit damage or an error in the product listing. Payment providers and financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refund appears.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has shipped. We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the packing or fulfillment process.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
